Course description

Key approaches in strategic management, and how core concepts and frameworks can be applied to analyse the strategic development of organisations in uncertain, new, and rapidly changing environments. Sessions are built around case discussions, with recent editions also examining how AI is reshaping strategy and competitive advantage, and culminate in a final company case project.
